It's very clean, lovely staff and food. A flat-screen TV with cable channels and a work desk in our deluxe twin room were realy useful during our stay. Great value for money, considering it is deluxe hotel...

Th staff were very friendly & helpful.

The room we booked was classed as a superior room due to the view and balcony. The view was magnificent but the balcony was small and we couldn't sit on it.

The staff at the hotel, from reception to cook and wait staff for complimentary breakfast, was attentive and helpful. They answered all questions knowledgeably, provided free transportation to train station and were always willing to help and do anything to make your stay pleasant and memorable.

The hotel (lobby and room) was not heated and it was quite cold. However, when we mentioned this to reception, they immediately brought up a portable heater which fixed the problem.

When we've been arriving very early by train from Hanoi, they couldn't give us the room we've booked. But they gave us an upgraded room, and allowed us to sleep in a double room until the other was free. Very nice. Check the weather forecast, before going to Sapa. We were there for 2 two full days and could't see more than 20-30 meters because of the fog...

A friend and I stayed at Sapa Eden Hotel in early March 2012. We just loved it. It's a family run hotel. Upon our arrival, we were greated by the owner's son and Dung, a friend of the family, who also works there. Both of them were very helpful and helped us organize our daily excursions. They were always there ready to help us out. The hotel location is just great and you can walk anywhere from it. It is close to the market and in the heart of Sapa. Our room was on the 3rd floor with a marvelous view on mount Fansipan. We even had a small balcony with chairs and a small table. Don't worry if the weather is cold during your visit, there are bed heater in the bed that you can turn on if needed, there is also a heater in the room, if it gets too cool. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful with advice about all of the local tourist attractions and the best places to eat and shop. We loved our family suite on the 3rd floor, it was spacious, clean, comfortable and cosy (ie it had a heater and electric blankets which the staff had thoughtfully turned on just prior to our arrival at 5.30am on a chilly autumn morning) and had absolutely breathtaking, panoramic views of the Sapa Valley. The local market, town centre and Cat Cat village are within short walking distance and there is a great outdoor restaurant right across the road, that serves really delicious food, with a very friendly and chatty owner. In additiion to being in a great location, the hotel is very reasonably priced and we will definately be staying here again when we next visit Sapa.

Not clean, no air condition when it's cold outside and in the room, the kitchen is dirty, like as in all the hotels in vietnam. Odor from the bed linen.

Good location and not noisy aprta from when there was a wedding party but that was interesting anyway. Rooms fairly clean. The breakfast omelettes were very good.

Hotel was very very cold with only very small strange heaters in the room and electric blankets. There is a small fire in the lobby which throws out no heat at all but a lot of smoke. If the weather is bad there is no communal room that is warm where you could sit and read or play card.

The main receptionest -male was very helpful and gave kind and friendly advice. He was not pushy.

The hot water ran out too quickly, and they need to clean inbetween the beds and bedside tables more often. It was very dusty. Beter heating in cooler months would also be great!

During my time in vietnam was the best hotel i've stayed in. Very clean rooms, helpful capable staff. Deluxe rooms have a view of mountain. We do not contact hotel to get pick up but we meet driver with our name with smile in early morning. Great view and service.

If you don want to wait the room until 12.00 you should book 1 more night before in advance.
